HTTP 403 access denied on an account page

Why you see Forbidden on a page and how to regain access.

What the error means

HTTP 403 Forbidden means your account does not have permission to view that page.

Why this happens

Your account is a customer account and the page is for staff. Your session expired and the request was not authenticated. Your account was suspended or is not active. A role or permission is missing.

How to fix it yourself

  1. Sign out and sign back in.
  2. Make sure you are using the correct account type.
  3. Clear your browser cookies for the site.
  4. Try a private/incognito window.

When to contact support

If you believe you should have access, contact support. Include the exact URL you tried to open, your account email, and what you expected to see.
