What the error means

Your domain does not load your site because DNS has not yet pointed to the right server, or the changes are still spreading.

Why this happens

DNS records were recently changed. Nameservers were updated at the registrar. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. The domain was never pointed to EpicHostly.

How to fix it yourself

1. Verify the domain is added in cPanel under Domains.
2. Confirm nameservers at your registrar point to EpicHostly.
3. Wait up to 48 hours for propagation.
4. Flush your local DNS cache.
5. Try from a different network or use a public DNS like 8.8.8.8.

When to contact support

If the domain still does not resolve after 48 hours, contact support. Include your domain and the nameservers you set.
