Hosting account stuck in pending or error provisioning

What the error means

Your account was ordered and paid, but provisioning has not completed or failed, so the account is not yet active.

Why this happens

The order is still awaiting payment. No server is available in the requested location. A provisioning step failed.

How to fix it yourself

1. Confirm your invoice is paid.
2. Wait a few minutes, since provisioning usually takes under 10 minutes.
3. Refresh the hosting page.
4. Check your email for instructions.

When to contact support

If it stays pending or shows error after 15 minutes, contact support. Include your order number, the domain or plan, and when you placed the order.
