Email verification link expired or invalid

What the error means

Verification links expire after a short time for security. If you click an old link, the site reports it as invalid or expired.

Why this happens

The link was opened after it expired. The link was opened on a different device or browser. The email address was already verified.

How to fix it yourself

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account > Profile.
3. Click Resend Verification Email.
4. Open the new email quickly and click the link.

When to contact support

If resending does not work, contact support. Include the email address you are trying to verify and the exact message you see.
