cPanel account not found or cannot log in

Fix cPanel login problems.

What the error means

Either the cPanel username does not exist on the server, or the password is incorrect.

Why this happens

You are using the wrong username. The cPanel password was changed outside EpicHostly. The account was moved to another server.

How to fix it yourself

  1. Sign in to your EpicHostly account.
  2. Open Account > Hosting.
  3. Copy the exact cPanel username shown.
  4. Use the cPanel Login button instead of typing the URL.
  5. If the password fails, change it from the hosting page.

When to contact support

If login still fails, contact support. Include your cPanel username, domain, and the exact error text.
