What an invoice shows
Order and invoice number. Plan or service name. Subtotal, discounts and tax. Total amount due. Due date. Payment status.
Where to find invoices
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Billing > Invoices.
- Click any invoice to see the full breakdown.
Statuses explained
Issued - the invoice has been sent and is waiting for payment. Paid - the invoice has been settled. Overdue - the due date has passed and payment is still pending. Voided or Refunded - the invoice was cancelled or refunded.
