Overdue invoices and suspension

What happens when an invoice goes overdue, and how to get your services back.

Invoices have a due date. If an invoice is not paid by then, it becomes overdue.

What happens next

You receive reminder notifications. After the grace period, your hosting services may be suspended. Suspended services stop serving your sites until payment is received.

How to resolve an overdue invoice

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Billing > Invoices.
  3. Find the overdue invoice.
  4. Pay it in full.
  5. Services are usually restored automatically after payment.

How to avoid suspension

Set a reminder for your invoice due date. Keep a valid payment method on file. Contact us before the due date if you need more time.

Once paid, services typically resume quickly. If not, open a support ticket with your invoice number.
