Login alerts

When a sign in happens from a new device or unusual location, we send you a security email. This is automatic.

If you see an alert you do not recognise

1. Sign in and change your password immediately.
2. Open Account > Security > Sessions.
3. Revoke any sessions you do not recognise.
4. Review your two-factor settings.

Reviewing active sessions

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account > Sessions.
3. You will see every device currently signed in.
4. Use Revoke to sign a device out.

Keeping your account safe

Use a strong, unique password. Enable two-factor authentication. Never reuse the same password across websites.
