What a suppression means

Why EpicHostly stops emailing an address and how to fix it.

A suppression is a block that stops email from being sent to a specific address.

Why addresses get suppressed

Hard bounces (address does not exist). Repeated soft bounces. The recipient marked mail as spam. The recipient unsubscribed.

What this means for you

You will not receive transactional email from EpicHostly to that address. You may miss invoices, verification links and security alerts.

How to fix it

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Confirm your current email address is correct and active.
  3. Contact support to remove a suppression that seems wrong.
  4. If the address is invalid, update it to a working one.

Keeping a valid email on file prevents most deliverability issues.
