Terminating your service and retrieving data

If you are leaving EpicHostly, download your data before cancelling.

How to back up first

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Open Backup.
3. Download a full backup, or back up home directory, databases and email.
4. Store the files somewhere safe.

How to terminate

1. Sign in to your EpicHostly account.
2. Open Account > Hosting or Billing.
3. Request cancellation or termination.
4. Confirm.

What happens after termination

The account is removed from the server. Data is deleted after a short retention window. Any remaining balance is handled per our refund policy.

Back up everything you want to keep before you cancel. We cannot restore deleted accounts.
