When you order hosting, your account passes through several states.
Pending
Your order is waiting for payment.
Provisioning
Payment is complete and we are creating your account on a server. This usually takes a few minutes.
Active
Your account is live. You can log in to cPanel and use your hosting.
Error
Something went wrong while creating your account. Our team is notified automatically and will fix it.
What to do in the error state
Wait a few minutes and refresh. Check your email for instructions. If it stays in error, open a support ticket with your order number.
