Account suspension - billing or abuse

Hosting accounts can be suspended for two main reasons.

Billing suspension

An invoice is overdue beyond the grace period. Payment has not been received.

Abuse suspension

Content or activity violates our terms of service. Malware or phishing detected. Resource abuse affecting other customers.

How to restore a billing suspension

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Pay all overdue invoices.
3. Services resume automatically.

How to restore an abuse suspension

1. Contact support.
2. Our team explains the violation and what to fix.
3. Once resolved, the account is unsuspended.

To avoid suspension, pay invoices on time and keep your account free of abusive content.
