Verifying your email address

EpicHostly asks you to verify your email address so we know the account belongs to you. This keeps your account and billing safe.

How verification works

1. When you sign up, we send a verification link to your email.
2. Click the link inside the email.
3. Your account is marked as verified.

You can check your verification status under Account > Profile.

If the link has expired

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account > Profile.
3. Click Resend Verification Email.
4. Open the new email and click the link.

Why it matters

Some actions, such as opening a support ticket or receiving billing notifications, may require a verified email. Keep your email up to date so you never miss an important notice.
