Deleting your account and the cancellation grace period

You can request deletion of your EpicHostly account from your settings.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Account > Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone.
4. Click Request Account Deletion.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

What happens next

Your account enters a grace period instead of being deleted immediately. During this time you can sign in and cancel the deletion.

If you cancel, your account stays active exactly as it was.

If you do not cancel, the account and its data are permanently deleted when the grace period ends.

Please cancel any active services before requesting deletion. Deleting your account removes your invoices, tickets and hosted services.
